One of the nurses suggested we take a day off from the NICU. We told her we would try on his birthday. I see the value in it, the dings and alarms start driving you batty after awhile. And just being in there so long is tiring. But we love seeing our baby girl so we'll see if we last.
We can always call the NICU at least, so I'm sure I'll be doing that at least once. I called last night and learned that she was doing fine and had some awake time where she had looked around. Awwww...
