Sleepover

We stayed the night in one of the NICU family rooms, just in case something happened like last time. But I am pleased to report that aside from a little swelling and a brief rise of CO2, while they got her adjusted to the ventilator, she is doing well. Hopefully we are in the clear on this, just keep those prayers going. 

The resident came around this morning and told her nurse that she would be off the ventilator today. But we agree with the nurse that it's just too soon. I joked with her that I'd heard Dr. Cosentino verbally smack around her residents before so I'm sure she'll be more than happy to this time.
